Active engagement with stakeholders is critical to ensure that the innovative tools, approaches and policy recommendations that are developed reflect the views of those directly involved in delivering or seeking to influence the delivery of public goods and ecosystem services on farmland and in forest areas in the EU.
There will be many opportunities to get involved in PEGASUS:
|Participating in national workshops
A number of national workshops will be held in September 2015 in 10 EU countries on the appreciation and existing approaches for delivering public goods and ecosystem services. These events focus predominantly on seeking inputs and insights from stakeholders to feed into the project research activities.
If you are interested in taking part in any of the workshops, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
|Taking part in the case studies
30-35 carefully selected territorial and supply-chain focussed case studies will take place during 2016. These are intended to identify, assess, analyse and promote the provision of public goods and ecosystem services and their appreciation by learning ’on the ground’ through participative research. The case studies will be used to identify and investigate innovative and more cost-effective approaches for policy and practice.
If you are interested in taking part, send us an email at email@example.com.
|Contribute to our online blog
There are also ways of interacting with the project and getting involved online and via social media. For example, visit and interact with us via our Blog! The blog will be used to publish articles by PEGASUS partners on project relevant topics.
We encourage interested actors to read and comment on the content!
|Sign up for the PEGASUS newsletter
The PEGASUS newsletter will be sent out quarterly via email, providing an update on what has been happening in the project and what is coming up next. By signing up to the newsletter you stay tuned about the project progress and get a chance to interact on the topics most relevant to you.
